ti or aluminum fasteners for NRS

    Hello All,
i have been corresponding with pete at titaniumfasteners/redmist motorsport about custom bolts for the nrs. my question is on the linkage of the nrs there are 6m x 14 with 15mm button head fasteners one on the main pivot and one on the chainstay lower bearings. these bolts are more to keep the main carrier from not pulling out. my question is should it be titanium or aluminum?

    Thanks

I've run both alum and ti for those. You are correct. not much stress here. They are more to keep the pivot pins from pulling out. The pin does all the work. What I'm happiest with, is an ano alum washer under a smaller std 6mm allen sockethead thats only 10mm long.

    thanks duckman,
pete replied that he can get M6 x 15 with a 15mm head. They are $3.30 each. i am trying start up an excel sheet for other nrs owners who are interested in replacing their stock nrs hardware.
