Swinger 4way coil vs 3way air shock

I have an 04 VT and recently switched from the 3way air to the 4way coil shock. I really love the feel of the coil version! Very smooth and supple. Hardly feel that it is working. Handled up to 4-5ft drops with ease - did not feel a thing. I run it on the 5.75" travel setting. Does anyone know if the travel remains the same (5.75") with the addition of the 4way coil as stated with the 'stock' 3way version? VERY CURIOUS - Thanx for any input!

BTW does anyone know where to get heavier coils for the Swinger 4way coil? I did not see anything on answer's website... Thanx

Most likely they both have the same i2i and 2 inches of stroke. So I would likely say that yes it is the same travel for both.
