    RP23 setting position 08 X0 or others

I just started riding my new 08 X0 and was wondering how you guys have your RP23 set. I started with pro pedel off. With that setting it looks like I use pretty much to full travel on my single track trails. Do most ride with pro pedal on or off, if on how do you set it, 1, 2, or 3. Also do most utilize the full travel on their typical rides? Thanks, just curious.

It really depends on what type of trails you are riding and how you like your ride to be.

Alot of my riding is rolling singletrack, so I prefer propedal on on the firmest setting for the majority of the time. But I switch it off when I come to some good downhill/bumpy sections.

As said above, it's a personal preference thing to some extent. The Maestro platform needs very little platform as there is not a lot of "bob" inherent in the design. I run at 1 on my Reign for general trail riding and flick it off (if I remember) on the DH trails. Setting to the firmest setting makes your bike pretty much a hardtail!

This is how I have my RP23 set for Norcal trails.

    Firmness Setting = 1
    25% Sag (5-7 mm)
Rebound = 3 Clicks from Open (Fastest)
ProPedal On when Climbing and Off when descending.
