Recommend me a chain guide for 2012 Trance x

I have two rides worth of chain slap on the bottom of my chainstay.. And I installed a chainstay protector before I even got on the bike, the nicks are just in an area where I can't seem to get the electrical tape to stick.. I plan on ordering some kevlar tape to protect that problem area, but I think I also want a chainguide. Also, I shouldn't be worried about one or two rides worth of little nicks, should I? Common sense tells me not to be concerned.

Bionicon C-Guide 2 - just put it on last week, it's the quietest bike on the trail.

I got an old tube around the chainstay, the biocon and a bash guard. Allowed me to take a couple links out to tighten things up too.

The chain was slapping right where the chainstay meets the bottom/seat tube.. Can't fit any tape there and make it stay.
