Daniel - do you have any pics that show the clearance of those tires? I have some coming and am curious to see how much room I'll have.

I do not have any photos and I am out of town at the moment. From memory, I do not think there are any really close spots though. I think there was at least about a half inch of clearance everywhere front and rear?

Thanks...Really on the Maguras? It's not like they are florescent or anything. But we all have our tastes tastes. Man, are they an improvement to the Hayes I have on my NRS. They actually stop fast, and look good. To some anyway...

mtbmeister, that is a great looking build. I actually like the hints of red from the martas, the bars, and post.

    Any idea on the weight?

[SIZE=2]Iím not that much of a fan of the Martaís or the Spinergy wheels but you like it and so will other people.

Where did you get that colour frame? It looks stunning!

Thanks...On a non digital scale at the shop, it's 25.5 lbs...Would like a little less but it's still pretty light. And fast...Looking forward to a couple hours of hookie on it tomorrow afternoon.

Don't like the color of the Martas or performance? Just curious. I am in Canada and that's the Frame only paint scheme up here. Same as US version save for the bright blue lettering.

[SIZE=2]I was referring to the colour, Iíve had various Magura brakes including Martaís and the only ones that were anything other than a delight to use were the 2002 Louiseís.

Here's another photo. 5 rides now and loving it. Finally found my perfect bike. In the last 5 years I've gone from VT3 to Reign2 to Trance0 and now the AnthemX2/0 (x2 frame/trance 0 parts). This bike is so fast, stiff and light. The geometry is perfect. Think this one is a keeper for a while.

    Cheers

fwiw, I think the colour of your new frame looks better with your parts than the blue/black did.
When under pressure, your level of performance will sink to your level of preparation.

Is the Anthem X a big improvement over the Anthem in terms of climbing and decending?

    What about weight?
