Surprised: the stock Fizik Tundra 2 Manganese Hollow saddle isn't a brick in terms of weight (sure some may feel it is in terms of comfort). Took it off for the new Selle Italia SLR which is a fave of mine, and when I read a thread on the Giant forum stating the weight is 222 grams, well, I started having second thoughts about the SLR (avg 140 grams-ish).
I'm saving about 80 grams but that money could go toward a new wheelset to replace the P-XC2 which are all but impossible to convert to tubeless especially with the sketchy (for my neck of the woods) Crossmark 2.1.
Or replacing the 330 gram SL seatpost. Oink! I read the SLR is strong and light but those are difficult to find.
