Giant XTC AC2 Integrated Headset size issues...

I have a 2002 Giant XTC AC2 that I'm trying to put a headset on and I cant figure out what size the thing is. It has an integrated headset and I thought it was a 1.125 integrated headset and it wasn't so then I thought it was a 1.5 integrated and I ordered a E13 1.5 ---> 1.125 conversion cups and they don't fit either. So now I think it's a 1.25 integrated headset. Does this sound right? Does any one make a 1.25 ---> 1.125 conversion for a integrated headset or do I have to find a 1.25 fork and integrated headset? I swear mountain biking is annoying with all the different standards. I have different bikes and it seems like in about 98 or 99 everything started getting crazy with all the seperate standards. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, as I'd like to put a 1.125 fork on the bike and have a 1.125 integrated headset that fits the fork but not the frame. The integrated cups on the frame are just a little bigger which makes me think it's a 1.25 integrated heaset on the 2002 Giant XTC AC 2. Please Help!

OK, I found two sites and products that might work. I think the headset on the 2002 Giant AC I have is a 50mm internal integrated headset.

you can get the FSA Orbit ZS3 off of www.leaderbikestore.com for 39.00, it should fit your frame if it's a 50mm headtube

I know this post comes a bit late but the AC uses an internal NOT integrated headset. With the integrated the bearings rides directly in the frame. The Ac has small pressed in cups ( internal) Cane creek and FSA both make HS to fit.
