Giant AC Air Lite shock settings?

Picked up a used AC Air Lite with a Sid-XC rear shock. I'll play around with it, but can anyone recommend some base line PSI settings for the various travel options? I'm about 195 with gear. I tried searching the forums and googled this as well, but no dice, and Giant's site is silent on this.

    Thanks.

The best way to tune your shock is to play with the linkage. Put it on the 4.5 hole and you'll get a lot more stiff bike.
Anyway I'm about 170 and I have 130-150 PSI in the shock. I only move the linkage to 5.5 if I ride downhill. 5 if the trail is very rough and 4.5 if the trail is easy (XC).
    Hope it help U.

    Sorry for my poor english
