A couple of Questions from newbie Giant Reign

    Hi there,

I just picked up a 2015 Giant Reign Advanced Team, I haven't hit the trails yet. I have ridden just around the streets and have noticed a couple of things. There is a slight wobble in the front wheel however the wheel is straight, could this be a tire thing (it is set up tubeless). Also it is impossible to ride no hands because the wheel feels heavey and wont track straight. The headset doest feel really tight though. Oh yeah the bike is brand new.

    Thanks in advance

I would take it back to the bike shop that set it up for you and have them go over it again. It sounds like something that should definitely looked at by a professional, especially for an $8000 bike you just purchased.

Maybe it's just the sensation of a slack head angle?

With a slack head angle, a bike is going to feel prone to the front wheel flopping to the side. It's physics. If you want something you can ride with no hands, go get a steep XC bike. The wobble is probably just a variance in the tire. That happens a lot, and I don't think it's something to worry about. If you get that thing on the trails, you'll wear out a set of tires soon enough anyhow.
