    Carbon frame paint flaw?

On my wife's brand new LLA2 the paint looks too thin and you can see the pattern of the carbon fibre. In direct sunlight the effect is really noticeable but indoors or cloudy conditions you can't see it at all. Has anyone seen this before? I have no experience with carbon frames so I would like to know if this is normal or not or should the bike be returned?

    Thanks!

My Santa Cruz Tallboy LTc did the same thing. It is normal for their frames so I would imagine it is also normal for your wifes bike as well. Hope that helps.

My Anthem Advanced has that as well...in the same spot, too.

EA: I liken it to having a badge on the hood with a black stallion in a field of yellow.
