    Bye bye Talon

It's official, my son (15 y/o) took over my Talon.

All I have to do is sell his former ride and either the NRS or Reign to fund my new ride, easier said than done when relocation and buying a house is in the works.

New bike time! Congrats and congrats on your son being into the sport. I wish I could get my dad into it but ill settle for him getting on his road bike and staying healthy.

That's exactly what I plan to do but now is not the time.

Ill admit, I rode a new 2012 Anthem X 29er yesterday (i dont remember which model but it had a recon silver and a monarch). Sticker price was $1950 and it was a really nice bike. Im not sure about the whole 29er thing just yet but If i was in the market for one Id have to jump on it. Already setup 2x10 also.

Maybe the wait will work out after all, I would love to have a Trance X 29er and it may become a reality in the not so distant future; at least I hope so.

Sure hope so, the Reign is collecting dust and the NRS is too stiff for my old aching back.

He sure is having fun with it.

In the mean time, the NRS is getting a beating.
