Any input on take-off fork pricing? Thinking about the Trance Advanced 1...

Wondering if anyone has had any experience selling a take-off fork from a giant? Thinking about the trance advanced 1, but would rather throw a pike on (don't want the 1x11 of the SX series, or the $400 replacement cassette cost) to get the 160mm up front.

Only concern is, will the pike upgrade effectively add a grand to the price or is the take-off (32mm stanchion, blech) worth anything? I'd imagine OD2 really effs the resale value...

In related news, no idea why people spec 32mm stanchions on 140mm+ bikes. That trend needs to go away.

I bought a Trance 27.5 frame to build up and bought a takeoff Fox fork for $575. When you sell include the stem and top part of the headset with the fork and it can be used on any tapered frame.

IME that fork will return you $400-$450 on ebay after fees and shipping.
