Any good rear V- brake to disk adapter/converter

I'm trying to upgrade / covert a friends giant rincon hardtail to disk brakes. So I need the rear converter to add the caliper. Any suggestions as to which works better, have seen some on e-bay, but there are different types. Any input will be appreciated.

DONT use the a2z adapter. I used it for a month or so, but i wasnt a fan at all. it worked just fine riding "forward" if tha tmakes sense. they normal way you need brakes to work... but if you roll backwards a little... it rotates clockwise with backwards tire wheel rotation... its tough to describe... basically the adapter is wedged against the frame to stop its rotation when you are going forward. nothing stops it from rotating backwards..

break therapy has a good adapter that has a connection to the v brake boss that keeps it stationary. but it is 150$ compared to 30 for the a2z POS.
