203 mm rotor on rear of 2011 giant reign?

So my stock breaks are not cutting it. I am wanting to install 203 mm rotors all around but the rear is a post mount so would i use a front 203 mount on the rear?

Use a 180mm rotor on the back and 200 front. If that is not cutting it, you likely to bleed your brakes or replace your pads.

Increasing the rotor size to 200mm will only provide so much more stopping power, the frame might not be structured to withstand the additional force. A properly working brake will provide much more stopping power then moving to a 200mm rotor along.
