2014 Reign X1, No Compression Adjustment

Seriously interested in the latest Reign X1 and I noticed(from looking at pictures) that the supplied Rockshox Monarch Plus doesn't have a compression adjustment lever, only rebound adjustment.

Will I miss anything due to the lack of said adjustment?

In theory, no, because the shock should be valved so that the compression damping happens at a natural rate provided sag is "correctly" set.

both rockshox and fox have fancy marketing names for their compression adjustments...propedal/motion control....So, if 'buzzwords' like that aren't listed in the specs, be sure and have a look at one in person yourself to confirm....
