    2012 Anthem X29 shock difference

i have a 2012 Anthem X29 1. now after trying out my anthem, my dad wants the same bicycle. we are practically the same height so same size bike too (medium). now i was thinking of getting him the X29 2, since its cheaper and i don't want to have two of the same exact bicycle at home. or just get the X29 0 and give him my X29 1. anyway my question is regarding the shocks that comes with these different anthem x29 trims.

    X29 0 - RockShox Monarch RT3
    X29 1 - Fox FLOAT RP2 Boost Valve
    X29 2 - RockShox Monarch RT

    1. what is the difference between the RS monarch RT vs RT3?
    2. is the RS Monarch RT3 better then the Fox Float RP2?
    3. i really like the propedal on the Fox, does the RT or RT3 have the same feature?

The floodgate would refer to different levels of "pro-pedal". I haven't ridden the Rock Shox models, but the RT-3 looks like it has a simple lever to adjust the floodgate on the fly (3 positions) while the RT has a simple knob that would be more of a sit and forget (although offers 10 positions). Which one would be better would more then likely be determined by the rider and their riding style.

FWIW: The RockShox web site is pretty worthless. I found the Push Industries site actually a bit more usefull as far as general information on these products.
