OK, i hadn't moved this since having the air sleeve serviced. I figured i wanted two more clicks of rebound, but i could not move it.

The only way i can turn the red rebound knob, clockwise or counter, is to jam an allen wrench in there and push relatively hard. A snapping click occurs every 7th click, the rest move somewhat smooth, although there is some grinding in there that is typical of dirt being in with the knob/gear.

Any suggestions? Is my rebound knob really messed up or is it just gunked up?

Anyone have similar issues? I posted in the suspension forum, but wondered if anyone had this issue given the 4.0 is an OEM only shock.
