    Zero Stack Head Set

I have a Giant DS 2 Warp that i want to put a different fork on. I have a Rock Shox Tora that is in good shape that I could use but the steer tube is short. The fork that is on there has a steer tube that is about 8 5/8" long. Does anyone know of a zero stack head set that would work for this to shorten the head tube length?

You need to look at the total stack height. Did you get rid of all the spacers, and have you got a low stack stem? How much too short is the steer tube?

still working on figuring it out. The head tube that is currently on the bike is 8 5/8"
The head tube on the fork is 6 9/16"
I would have to get rid of all the spacers and get the zero stack head set and low stack stem. Not sure of the cost for both of those. it might be cheaper just to but a new CSU for the fork and have it rebuilt or by a whole new fork... Not sure??
