Which Yakima adapter for DH bike ?

I have one of these type of Yakima carriers (attached pic) and can't figure out what adapter (if there is one?) I need to be able to put a DH bike on.

    Anyone know?

Since when is a nomad considered a DH bike?😳

    I ride DH with it.

    SC calls it a Freeride.

DH was more to explain the frame than to say "I have a freeride bike".

    Thanks for the input.

They say so right there on their website. Forums are full of people using it for FR.

So instead you said, " I have a downhill bike". People around here use them for cross country. I'm still confused by your choice of wording.

I already gave my reason. The question to this thread has already been answered...but you keep coming back confused.

The thread has been answered. Maybe you should get out and ride yer bike.

And Yes, SC does consider their Nomad a FR bike. Maybe you should visit their site sometime and quit with the nonsense.

I thought it was a downhill bike.

Which thought was that? You're the one who called it a DH bike, smarty pants. Then it became a free ride bike. Santa Cruz pigeon holes it as primarily an all mountain sled.

You acted like a know it all and was shown to be wrong. Now you think you are a SC Bike spokesperson.

Can't do any DH on a Nomad? Maybe you need a few more inches up front. I bet the women in your life told you the same.

Maybe you should get a jeep.

    A pink one.

I never said you can't do DH on a nomad. I said its not a DH bike. I can do downhill on my bontrager race lite, but that don't make it a downhill bike. I just wouldn't call it a downhill bike. But clearly you feel a " downhill" bike makes you more bro. So party on Garth. If it walks like a turd, smells like a turd, and talks like a turd, it's probably a turd.

Well, since you were full of BS when you said that SC didn't call their Nomad a FR bike, and proven wrong, I think I need to see a video of this to believe it.

And don't worry, maybe you'll be able to afford a Nomad someday too.

Then maybe, just maybe, I'll let you call me Bro for the day.

(Probably not, just trying to give you some hope).

The nomad was on my short list when I was shopping for a new all mtn. ride. I just really did not want to support the Asian economic complex. So I shopped elsewhere. But they are nice bikes and you should make sure and thank your mom for buying you one.

Well, if you care that much then I assume that your home isn't full of Made in Asia items either...?

Nice try. You simply can't afford one.

If you knew who your mom was, you could ask her to buy you one like my mom did for me.

No worries bro. I asked your mom last night if she would get me one. She said of course.

Yes, she was working the Prayer Line last night. She's having the Church lift you up in prayer.

I just hope you don't hurt yourself on that Bontrager of yours.

Prayer line. It's that what you kids are calling it these days. I do recall her screaming "oh, baby Jesus, oh baby Jesus, oh my god", over and over and over.

Yes, it was a Pentecostal prayer line.

And as far as the question you asked me via PM, no, I am not your father.

    Keep up the search.
