    Wolf tooth customer service

I purchased a Wolf Tooth Components lite pull lever for my new Evil Calling. The lever worked perfectly and I was very happy. While riding up at Northstar the bolt somehow backed out and I lost basically all of the components except the lever. I reached out to Wolf Tooth the next day and within an hour they had shipped my missing components to me.......free of charge. I just wanted to give these guys a shout out for not only creating an exceptional product but have the CS to back it up!! I wish all companies realized how far these little gestures go to creating a loyal customer. FYI, Iíve had the same great experience with Ibis and Santa Cruz

Yeah, I once had an issue with installing something (from them) and it turns out I was doing it completely wrong. They were really helpful and understanding. Will always recommend them.

Agree 100%. I never hesitate to recommend Wolf Tooth. Over the years, I have probably made 25 purchases directly from them, the product quality and service has been outstanding every time.

Yep. Those guys and gals are a stand up crew. Lots of products from them on my bikes and never a problem with any of it. A single phone call cleared up one question I had in just a couple minutes, and I never got the sense they were in a hurry to be somewhere else - while I was on the phone I was the most important customer they had.
