    What the sam hill ARE these things? (May or may not be bike-related)

    I found these four thingies on the ground the other day- does anyone know what they are for?

    look like some sort of car-rack that attaches to your windows when they are rolled up. dunno know for sure, but thats all i can come up with given there are 4 of them.

    Could they hold your paper on your drawing board/easel?
    Clip your sheet music to your music stand?
    Would be useful outdoors.

    It's never easier - you just go faster.
