Bonking ... not feelin' well trying to find michelin XCR Dry 2 tire for sale

Does anyone know if (and why) Michelin has discontinued the XCR Dry 2 tire? I can't seem to find any for sale; all are on backorder. When I checked the Michelin site, they don't have it listed any more. I'm looking for the tube variety, not tubeless.

I'd email Michelin- I think a number of stores show products as backordered when in reality they are sold out and no longer on the market.
Now go home and get your ******* shinebox.

    Recommendations....

Check CRC (they have some of the old ones)
Try looking under the new name (wild racr?)

My LBS informed me they are discontinued. When I went there they were blowing out the last of them that they had (all UST). If that wasn't a month ago, I would go buy some and work a deal out with you, but they would be sold out by now.
    Check ebay?

They just changed the name to Race'R. Still the same tread design.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common

Looks like Michelin just renamed them the WildRace’R. On a side note have you ever given Kenda Small Block 8's a try?

By the way Bike Tires Direct still has XCR Dry 2 tires in stock.
