    Titec Ithys Gove (Replacement)

Not sure where to put this, so I picked General Discussion.

I have a Titec Ithys Gove right now and the cover is starting to wear thin in a couple of places. I have this saddle on two of my bikes (one even being a hardtail) and it fits me. So I'm happy with it, just not as happy that Titec does not make it anymore. So any recommendations on another saddle that will be similar in shape, size or fit? I figured to try a WTB, but not sure which one is close to the Ithys, maybe a Laser. Before the Titec I had a Flite and it was OK, the Ithys fits me better.

I am on my second Ithys Gove. I hate changing saddles since it can be expensive, with less than desireable results. I got my latest off Ebay as NOS (new old stock, never used). If you don't mind the wait, put a search on Ebay and it will let you know when one comes up. Before my last 2 saddles I had one called a Crossbow, felt real similar, but probably isn't made anymore also.
Another option is to borrow cast offs from friends until you find something you like.

Very timely, my Ithys Gove has developed a popping feel. I think part of the plastic support structure has cracked. I have a new red and black ordered, even in the perfect color combo.
Riding Fat and still just as fast as I never was.

WTB tends to fit me better. Everyone's butt is different, though.
