Which tire is like a Mythos frt except larger

I thought I remember hearing that there's an IRC tire that is like the Mythos except bigger. Anyone know what it is?
My Mythos has good traction but I wish it was a 2.0' or 2.1"

    Thanks.

    Mythos comes in 2.1"

The IRC Mythos XC comes in either 1.9" or 2.1" and if you wanted to go bigger, the Trail Bear is a similar tread and somes in a 2.25" or a 2.5"

Have your LBS order you part number TR2600 from QBP for the kevlar 2.1" Mythos front tire and TR2602 for the rear.

trailbear is an EXCELLENT all -rounder...

Best tire I have found for all things. They just came out with a 2.5 Mythos, BTW. THAT'S larger!

    Thanks for the help everyone.
My front Mythos is a 2.1 but looks waaaay small. Definitely smaller than the Specialized Team Control 2.00 that was on there originally.

    Thanks.

A mythos 2.1 is actually closer to 1.9ish. I emailed IRC and asked why, thier reasons where that they measured them on a specifec size rime (Araya or something, I'd have to check my email archives), and they round up. They'd call a 2.03 a 2.1, etc.... I still LOVE those tires though, I'm not complaining at all. I was just curious why. I've since noticed other mfg's do the same thing. I buddy of mine got some Maxxis XC tires, don't remember which ones, but they were the same.

If you like the Mythos but find it a bit narrow, try the Schwalbe Big Jim Light 2.25 -- slightly wider, faster rolling, lighter weight, better traction. Here's Schwalbe's web page for the Big Jim. Ignore the "Freeride" classification, it seems that term means something else in Europe. You'll have to search for a Schwalbe dealer in the USA, but they exist.
