Time ATAC pedal rebuild (ceramic Bearings)

Didn't see a place for this so I started a new thread. I recently rebuilt (more like disassembled) and replaced the steel pedal bearing with a full ceramic one. Anyone interested on this or how to take the pedal apart check out the You Tube video:

I didn't remove the springs because they were fine. I hope this helps someone.

That is a good video, even just for knowing what is inside and how to take it apart.

That's an awesome video. Thanks for sharing... I've bookmarked since I'll definitely be following your lead when I need to rebuild my pedals.

Great video and I too ^^^^ have bookmarked it for further reference. I have those same titanium carbon pedals. I have yet to notice any sticking or slow down in their movement after four years of use. I am curious though where you purchase the ceramic bearings? And what makes them better? I'm sure they may lighter but do they have a better rotational movement and more longevity?

    Thanks for posting.

I was surprised the pedal only had one bearing in it. At least they put it in a good spot.
