I would put JensonUSA in top 5 of the mailorder companies that I deal with and I have a butt load of them in the "favorates" on my PC. The people I have talked to there have always seemed to have some knowledge of the items I was ordering.

Grew up in Corona and currently live in the Texas Hill Country....I buy a majority of my stuff from this store, they are the best! I also use Price Point and CRC. CRC generally take 2 weeks for shipping. I never had any problems with any of these stores and they are TONS cheaper than your LBS.

Haven't bought a bike or frame from them, but have bought some rather expensive lights. They've always been top notch. One of my favorite on-line sites for bike stuff.

For those who have used them, do they ever run deals? 20% offs or free shipping on any order kinda stuff?

I ordered a bike from them over christmas. Unfortunately my bike came with chips in the coat on the frame. There were at least 4 chips in the paint, and the carbon frame was visible from it...

Im sure they are a good company, but i feel they couldve taken extra care to ensure my bike was not damaged when it was shipped to me.

But, hell, I still buy stuff from them...

Very fast shipping. They do sometimes also run deals. The down side is they do dynamic pricing, meaning the price can fluctuate up and down without warning. The next day, it could be cheaper or more expensive.

Love them though-I always check with them first when I order online.

Iíve been buying stuff from JensonUSA.com for about three years, and have never had any problems with them. Reasonably quick shipping is a plus too.

If you are going to be doing more climbing, scratch the Parker. A good bike (especially the II) but it's a gravity/slopestyle/freeride bike-geo and weight are not good for long climbs.

I spent almost $3000 on biking parts on JensoUSA.com. Every price match went through. Great store, hassle free replacement. It is as good as Newegg.

There is a "where is the best deals" section of the forums that has about a hundred threads that mention Jenson as a place to buy gear.

I've ordered plenty of stuff from Jensen's without issue, but if you're shopping for your first MTB, I'd recommend you buy through a shop if at all possible. It's a good idea to get one on one info and help, and it's a lot easier to take it back if you have trouble or need service.

Seriously. Threads are moved out of the Passion forum on an almost daily basis(for good reasons). Why is this one still here?

They're in my top 3 favorite online retailers for outdoor gear, up there with the various Backcountry.com variant sites and REI.

My only regret is that they are too far away for me to walk into the B&M store! I have been ordering most of my stuff from them and my last order sold me on being a customer.

I go to their site FIRST to shop... it is too bad none of my LBS give me the same feeling when I walk in... the shop I bought my bike from is 45 minutes away and I plan on going back to them for any work and/or larger purchases in the future... the only shop in my area that appears to be worth a damn.

Their awesome! Good prices, fast shipping and great to work with should you need to return something. They even email you to let you know they have received your return item and they are processing the return. I have ordered several items from them and will continue to do so. BTW, my recent return was my fault not theirs. I should learn how to read some day..........

    JensonUSA = my fave

I have ordered a ton of Components and a Jamis Frame from them. They seem to have to have the best deals, especially on components. I have gotten many upgrades for my current setup, anywhere from 30-70% off. Their customer service has been good, and if you place an order, it will usually go out that day. I can't speak about returns, as I haven't ordered anything that I have needed to return. I only wish they were more centrally located, because it takes 4-5 days shipping from CA to Michigan. But that's a "Me" problem....

I like JensonUSA. Their website is very easy to search though, they have great deals, and the two times out of many that I've needed to return something I have been able to without issue. My LBS and Jenson are typically the first places I look for something.

You can't go wrong with Jenson. I purchased a Jamis XCT frame on clearance. When I received it, it was missing the split collar for the headset. I called customer service and they without hesitation sent me a complete brand new Cane Creek S3 headset. Upon receiveing the headset I realized it was not a zero stack and it would not work. I called them again and they automatically credited my credit card with $50.00 and told me to pick out which ever one I wanted. They were top notch. I cannot say enough good things about them!!!

I live right next to them and they host, or help host, a lot of awesome events. Huge demo days (Yeti, SRAM 2x10), trail building (with IMBA), ride with pros (Eric Carter), product tests (Niterider night ride), etc.

At the last demo day, someone was due to pick up a bike but it wasn't ready in time. They came 50+ miles from Huntington Beach and they set it up right there, fully built and tuned while the guy went out for a meal. He came back and they had included a bunch of various schwag as a courteousy for his trouble. I thought that was a super cool thing to do and the guy got a great deal on the bike on top of that... Rocky Mountain Altitude RSL 70 Carbon XC FS for a little over $2500 with free tune ups at their full service bike shop.

Yep JensonUSA is great, I used to always go through CBO or a random lbs until I heard about Jenson. Always great deals and service to be had and now that they've got the new shop in Riverside I can ride my bike right on over any time!

They are great. Last summer I ordered a wheelset that said was in stock, but due to a website error they didn't have any. A customer service rep called me and got me hooked up with a better wheelset for the same price and threw in some rim tape and tubes for the mistake. I always go there first for my parts.

Iv'e purchased a lot of things from them, since they opened. Always the best service. In fact I just bought a pair of shorts from them, ordered late wednesday with free economy shipping and had them by noon on Friday.

Price Point and Cambria have been equally good to me also.

I need some TLC from Jensons

I placed an order two weeks ago, and typically they are pretty fast. I called and they said it was coming from a warehouse and will be shipped out when it arrives in California. Order status shows open. I should have received a back order notice. I compare shop and fine their prices better than Nashbar. Nashbar, I hate their shipping. Some fed x and others US Post Office. The post office will not leave on front step, so you have to go next day to pick it up which means taking off work early to get to the post office.

Both the Corona store and Riverside store are ten miles from my office, but I order from Universal cycles to avoid sales tax. Sales tax, plus time, plus gas($4.30 a gallon) to and from is more than shipping.

I have used them for two repairs I didn't have the tools for, one was good, one not so good.

Friendly, knowledgable, fast shipping-only issue I EVER had with Jenson is one time they double shipped a repair stand that I bought on clearance (meaning they shipped 2),when I called em to tell them about it they were like "Ah,just keep it...we don't want to pay return shipping, enjoy!",so that ain't even really an issue,LOL! (So I gave the extra one to a friend in need, making him a friend indeed )
