    Speedplay X-1: How to move the cleat frontwards or backwards?

    Hi
    I have a pair of Speedplay X-1's that I need to move the cleat upwards on my shoe.
    The documentation Speedplay provides isn't very clear, well at least not for me.

    Can anyone advise how to do this?

    Take the top 4 screws out, then loosen the 3 screws underneath, slide cleat forward then re-tighten.
