    Selle SLR Carbon Flow Saddle

Does anyone have the Selle Italia SLR Carbonio Flow saddle? They say it's rated for XC use, but I'm a little concerned about the strength of the carbon rails. I'm 195lbs and have bent hollow Ti rails on my hardtail. I was considering getting this saddle for my Stumpjumper FSR. I'm thinking the suspension should absorb some of the stress on the rails, but I'd hate to drop the cash and then blow it out. Any feedback on this saddle? Anyone have any good alternative light weight saddles with strong ass rails? Much appreciated!

How much weight could you possibly be losing from your current saddle. check out some of the other ones with out the carbon rails, every saddle they make comes in a variety of styles. I run the Selle Italian SLR Gel Flow XC saddle, and love it...

Awesome saddle- but not for your weight. Get the Vanox rails instead. I used to weigh 200+ and snapped both carbon rails riding a hardtail. I am 160 now and they don't seem to want to break anymore.
