Romin Evo vs Phenom Specialized Saddles for mountain bike

I have always been a WTB Rocket V user for many years on my road and mountain bikes. Couple weeks ago for some reason I decided I wanted a body geo seat for my road bike to protect my soft tissues/perineum so I went down to the bike shop to buy a Specialized saddle.

The guy there seems to know what hes talking about and he puts me on a Romin Evo Expert 155mm for $130 after measuring me with assometer. At the time, it seemed a bit pricey for a bike seat but now fast foward a couple hundred miles on my road bike and I am wishing I had bought one years ago.

Now, I have decided to buy another body geo saddle for my mountain bike but I am not sure which one. Should I go with another Romin Evo or get the Phenom. If I get the Phenom should I get a 143 size? The guy at the shop said to size up the Romin Evo so I am wondering if a need Phenom in the 143 vs 155.

I have romin pro 143 on my mtb, comfy enough for my butt. for short rides, under 2 hrs , sometimes I dont wear pad inside my shorts, and it is fine.
if you can demo the Phenom, why not, try both size. The round shape is very similar with romin, but phenom is shorter because it is for mtb.
My only complaint of romin is because the length is a bit too long, i know it is for road, sometimes my shorts would be stuck on the nose or tail.
Phenom tail is lower and nose is shorter, less chance to catch shorts.
I hv never tried phenom tho, I used wtb speed before. Im happy with my romin on mtb.

I've got the Romin on both my road and MTBs, love 'em. You should have the same width on all your bikes. Your butt doesn't change size.
