    Rollers anyone

Is anyone using the rollers to do some indoor training. I have been using them for a month or so, I just do a quick 10 miles a few times a week. What is considered a fast pace with a road bike on the rollers??

I use studded tires and wool sweaters.

I strictly use heart rate and time as a guide for efforts on rollers. And I use Sufferfest for motivation.

I would have liked one of these to piss-off my downstairs neighbours.
But they moved out on their own already.

I have naturally curly hair, no rollers needed.

I love riding my road bike on the rollers in the winter. Its a lot more entertaining than a trainer or spinning bike. I generally do 20-25ish, but overall resistance and cadence is more important than speed.

Its worth it to swap on a cheap rear tire also, so you dont eat up a good tire.
