Upset Questioin about KS Integra upgrade??

I have an earlier model of the Integra on my bike. I heard that KS will upgrade it to fix/prevent some problems. Trying to get any response from their customer service is a joke. Their response to any questions is to not respond to either email or voice messages. Hopefully someone in the friendly confines of MTBR will have some answers for me.

So, my question is two fold: 1 - Is the upgrade being offered by them?
and if so, 2 - How do I contact them to get it done?

Sorry for voicing so much irritation, but I am completely frustrated at this point.

Yup, KS customer service kinda licks balls.

In Canada I cant even purchase small parts - seat clamps and seat clamp bolt assembly - even when I provide them the part numbers.

My solution will be to purchase another brand of post.

Yeah. Going to another brand would be a good solution since Kind Shock apparently does not give a damn once their post is sold. Lousy way to run a business. Too bad 'cause I like the Integra. I am going to try one more avenue to resolve this. I am going to go through a LBS that deals with them. Perhaps people inside the industry will be able to get some results. If not, there's always Thomson.

I sure wished he would deal w Canadians. Problem here is the Canadian distributor of the product are *****. And if/when I switch to another product, guess what - they are the distributor of those as well.

Its so sad when 3 separate bike shops solution to my problem is "buy a reverb or a thomson"

Luckilly the place I bought the bike & Integra told me they have my back. That being said, I did email Rick. If still no joy, I will leave it in the bike shop's hands. Can you say, "Stress relief"?

That is a crappy solution from them. I have a upgraded KS Integra and it has been flawless with no maintenance. Direct customer service from them does suck but if you find a good shop or dealer they should be able to get you the upgrade.
