    I have much experience yers so listen me. 12-17 is the correct answer. It depends on the amount of free radicals in your embrocation.

    The bike doesn’t matter. Your legs and lungs matter. Want to be a good climber? Start climbing! IF you REALLY want to get strong, use a singlespeed.
