This is my first post on here. Im getting back into mtb after a 5 year hiatus. My how things have changed since then(ride an older jekyll 1000). Im 6'1" 205-215lbs. I will be riding 90% "technical single tracks" and hit some somewhat local bike parks a few times a year for some DH and light freeride. I want a sub 35lb burly bike that can climb and also handle 3-6' drops and light DH. There are a few bikes that I have narrowed it down to based on hours of scouring forums and reviews. These are all used and around $1500 (most less)
2007 Foes fxr
2010 Knolly Endrorphin
2010 Intese tracer
All bikes are XT or x9 builds or better with mostly fox forks and shocks.
Im leaning towards the FXR b/c I just love the bike but the Endorphin would be my next choice just not sure it will handle my weight on some of the bigger drops, seems more of a trail only. Any input without starting a brand war with my first post. thanks
