    KS Lev parts?

Anyone know where I can order parts for my Lev post? Looking for a new seat clamp assembly and bolts. I've called KS (left message) and sent two emails with no response. Great seat post, crap customer service.

Exact same situation here. I see BTI now lists them in stock, so an LBS should be able to order them?

Identical situation here in Canada. Except three different LBS cant seem to find part numbers from anywhere.

They can get me the parts for Thomson or Reverb, but not the KS

c'mon KS, get your sh!t together. I want to buy the spares, not send it in for warranty........

Go here for the exploded view and pn's:
Tech Info ? KS | Get Down and Dirty

This is the one for the LEV:
    http://kssuspension.com/wp-content/u...05/LEV-web.pdf

I'm not sure how things work in Canada. In the states, most LBS order from QBP or BTI-USA. KS is allegedly offering parts through BTI now:
BTI | Seatpost Parts & Shims from Kind Shock (page 1)

I'm not frustrated to the point of bothering my LBS to look up the parts and order them. I just reposition the seat after every couple rides and tune out the continuous creaking. If I see the parts up for sale at any online site I'll post back here.

Do you have a link? Did an Amazon search and didn't turn up anything for spare parts.

Did you direct click his link? Or type it in? His link looks misspelled.

Doh! That would explain the bounce. Tried again, I'll post if I hear anything back.

Had a completely unproductive email exchange with Rick. He was polite, but basically said he wasn't going to help me and I need to have my local shop order the parts from their distributor. Pretty disappointed after spending more than 3 bills on a seat post I can't get the company to drop $3 dollars worth of bolts in the mail. I like the post a lot, but won't be buying Kind Shock products in the future.

Thanks for the update. At least he spoke to you. My emails through their site were unanswered.

    What a joke.

I have tried going to all three of the bike shops in my local area - all three of them have a KS post in stock, all three of em can not figure out how to order the parts I want.

The second I find another post that has 150mm of infinite adjust travel that has the cable not attached to he head of the post I am gonna dump my KS. Dont get me wrong, I am satisfied with the post, just really disappointed I cant get the spare parts I want. Must be nice to be such a success that they can turn business away.
