Just bought the ETen dropper post and i read in the owners manual that if the post is turned upside down, because is has an open bath air/oil cartridge (beyond me what that means), the post will not function properly until you cycle the seat up/down a few times and/or wait for the air and oil to separate. I will be moving to an apartment and would like to hang my bike on the wall without worrying that the post wont function when i take the bike down, does anybody have an experience with this? Is there a specific angle at which it begins having issues (maybe hanging the bike by its rear wheel will be ok?)? and will repeated air/oil mixing cause the shock to function improperly long term if done many times?
