    It is kind of pointless. That 24k gold plating is so soft that after one real ride it would be completely covered in scratches. You also would think for 1 mil that you could at least get some hydraulic brakes. I guess it is good for some rich dude to ride around his estate on.

    No big deal. It's plated with gold so it's nothing to price it at $1,000,000. It's just another novelty for one of the rich dudes mentioned already. Plus this is old news, it's been posted here several times already.

    But you're very quickly wear the plating off the rotors when you use them.
