What clothing is more more reflective: illumiNITE or reflective 'tape' on clothing?

Commuting to school and want to get the most visible material.

IllumiNITE (and equivalents) work just fine. I imagine they hold up better in the laundry as well. Plus, you don't have to ride around with hunks of tape stuck to your clothes, looking like a hobo.
