    The name stems from decoding a 1987 Buick Regal VIN number. If the 8th digit is a "7" then it denotes having the 3.8L SFI Turbo V6 engine or "LC2" option. The "realest" part comes from early 90's West Coast gangster talk.

    So does that mean you're a gangster cruising in your 3.8 with the T-tops out so your hair can blow. Rolling Woodward avenue hooking a C note with your turbo V-6 sleeper. Pulling up to the light next a classic GTO. Blowing out the gas as the light turns green tail lights is all you seen.
