    Grips for Carbon Handlebars

I'm trying to decide between the Aluminum or Carbon verison of the Ritchey WCS flat handlebars and one of my considerations is grips.

If I go aluminum, the decision is easy. ODI Rogue Lock-on's.

If Carbon, then I'm not sure if I want lock-on grips that might gouge the finish on the bars. Also, I'm not sure if the ODI bar plugs will fit since I think there's a type of aluminum insert in the carbon bars that decreases the inner diameter.

Questions is, what kind of grips are you guys running on your carbon bars? And is anyone running specifically the bars above?

    Thanks

I second ESI grips. Light weight, fairly durable (and inexpensive), comfortable, and no problems with slipping or twisting.

ODI lock on and Ergon grips on two carbon bar equipped bikes. Using generic bar plugs.

I use Ritchey Foam Grips, on my S-Works Carbon Bars, they don't move, don't need lock ons, they are the lightest grips made at 34 grams. Very comfortable grips, check them out..

I had a set of racer's edge esi grips come in at 41g for the set, and they're about 14564784x more comfortable than ritchey/bonty/etc foam grips.

I've started riding without gloves with these.
