Custom can be pricey. And what do you mean by "NOT looking for cycling jersey... need MTB jersey" ? Last time I checked, mountain biking is cycling Are you looking for a specific style like the downhill jerseys? I don't know anything about those. But I have a XC race team and I just got our gear printed from Mt Borah http://mtborah.com/ They are nice because you can use unlimited colors and you can order in small numbers.

MTB jerseys are the type you see MX (motocross) riders wear... not cyclist like lance armstrong.

The company that does my team's jerseys is Voler. They also do a long-sleeved and a short-sleeved DH/FR jersey. Doesn't look like it's on the web site, but a couple guys on the team bought them - they do exist. You might have to email someone.

animal paintball makes what you are looking for. I've ordered from them before, but now wear a more traditional cycling jersey that I ordered from chroniccycling.com

animal paintball does custom jerseys of all kinds and easy to choose differant cool designs.

Glad I could help. I recommend you get a jersey that you like the fit of and send it to them for fitting. I've ordered a few times from them and had size issues. I sent them a fox jersey I liked and they were able to match it. I wouldn't order from them again without sending a sample.

    LOL.

I'd like to say, for the record, I gave a link to a company that makes baggy jerseys too. They just can't get it together to advertise them, apparently.

That is just one type of a mtb cycling jersey. There are many jersey styles that split the difference between road racing type and downhill/moto style, just as there many styles of mountain bikes.

They make every kind of jersey from cycling, paintball, BMX, fishing, rodeo, etc. You pick when order. They even do road and MTB jersey's.

We've also ordered directly from Louis Garneau as well. My fav jerseys are my LG ones.
