New question here. Claud Butler steel frame - seat tube size?

    Hi all,
I've recently picked up what I have been told is a Claud Butler steel mountain bike frame, but I cannot seem to find any info on it (it has no markings/stickers). Can someone shed any light on it, specifically what the correct size seat post should be - looks like it's around 29.?

I have no idea how old it is but I'm sure CB have been using aluminium for quite a while now. Anyone have any info?

Holy Cow! My Mom has a Claud Butler!

She has a womens road touring bike from the late seventies, early eighties!
I thought it was made by some obscure local frame builder in England. I had no idea they made mountain bikes! Go mom!
Uh, I don't know about the seat post size but I could check hers if you want.
