    Cali, Colombia

Speak Spanish? I am sure you will find someone in the central part of town who rides.

    Where are you at specifically?

Check out the SSFTA from Bakersfield. Very well organized club with weekly week night rides and bigger weekend events.

I'm in Madera... I've never been sure if I'm NorCal or SoCal. Politically, I hope they both fall off into the ocean.

Plenty of rides in the Shaver Lake and Bass Lake areas.

There are two technical "centers" of California..., the north south line is right around highway 99 at avenue 12 in Marera
If you pay attention, you will see a pine tree in the highway median on the north side and a palm tree in the median towards the south.
Now, if you are looking for the geographical center, it can be found on road 225 just north of the redinger dam just east of North Fork. There is a plaque and old concrete monument hidden on a hillside just off the road.

I work for the county.... Mad Co Dep...... :-D

I've heard of some good trails around Kern County. Ever heard of "Just Outstanding"?
