Blackburn airtower trackpump TP-5 gave up, help !

    Hello

Today my airtower dual stage power, tp-5, gave up the ghost, i took it apart, and the o-ring was nearly torn apart, and no grease left at all in the barrel, but i think it still works, so i thought i could just regrease, and put it together again ???
But just grease, should i pour some oil in also ???
I tried to download a manual, from the blackburn site, but cant ???

try contacting blackburn. blackburn products usually have a lifetime warranty, you might be able to get yourself a new pump instead of trying to rebuild your old one.

    Time value of money

Find a suitable box for shipping
    Spend $6-10 dollars for shipping
Waiting 1-2 weeks for the evaluation and return shipping
Is it really worth it? If it is that "one in a million" or a family heirloom then go for it.

    OR

Go to Home Depot, or the like, and buy a new O ring that fits and be done with it. Just take the old with you so you can attempt to match it.

    OR

Just buy a new pump. There are lots of good choices out there and everybody is having a sale of one type or another. I just got another 15% off card from Performance. They give this stuff away like candy.
