Any Uphill Races that keep getting steeper?

I'm talking about a race up a hill that keeps getting steeper until it is almost impossible to go further. The highest climber wins. That would be fun to watch. It would also be a lot safer than the uphill races on motorbikes and snowmobiles.

Fun concept. I have a training ride set up on my Wahoo trainer that increases wattage by 25W every 3 minutes. I've not come anywhere close to maxing out the 2000W of resistance it can produce before collapsing into the fetal position.

I think I once got it into the 500s, but I can't be sure, I was delusional at that point.
