Sell my 03 Tassajara GS for Costco Northfork XCR?

I got a used 03 Tassajara recently for $200. Only things needed changing was the front tube. The shifter seems out of tune as well since I need to push it waaaaay back just to change a gear...that or I have short thumbs. Am thinking of selling it for same price or lower and getting one from Costco instead. It's got disc brakes, nice Velo seat. I am a newbie so I don't know the pros and cons of either. I only intend to ride in the trails now and then once per month. All I see is that one is a really old model and another is new. Anyway, what do you guys think?

I own the Northrock XC6, great bike for the price! Look at the Northrock specs and compare, not to mention the frame is the real-deal. I was so impressed with the Northrock XC6, I have been trying to purchase their new urban bike in green, unfortunately every location was sold out. Let me know if anyone spots the urban bike. It is also worth joining Northrock's email, they send helpful tips and video guides. Checkout their videos:

If you have any questions on the bike let me know.
