Hello,
I just bought a new old stock Roscoe III and took it out on two short rides. I noticed that the rear suspension feels a bit dead and somewhere getting creaking noises. The rear shock appears to be losing air. I fill it with 200 lbs when starting, then when finished find it has bottomed out and air is down to 145. So it loses SOME air but not ALL the air. I suspect the noise is coming from the shock being so under inflated. Also noticed the rear shock mount only has a bearing cap on one side. The other side is empty and just see the threads. Is this how it is mounted? Any help is appreciated. I am bummed out because it is new and not working right.
