    Random RIG SS

Hey, just built this up with some 'stuff' I had in my bin :-) Just couldnt say no to this sweet little frame at $300 new - all in.

Fox talas 95-120, XTR(the best), Tharis,PRO 90mm, foam grip, Havens, Captain 2.2ft, Geax 2.2rr, Deore crank, enduro zero BB, Hive 32T, steel 18T, thomson, Henge, XTR pedals, 23.1lbs....it could be 2lbs lighter with a wheelset+tire change, also the forks and saddle are chunky....who cares, 23lbs feels good for now.

Original seat post collar, and chain....frame is a new 2010 EBB RIG 17.5, G2, but the fork is not G2.

I have not been out other than on the driveway and on the grass....seems to be very stable at 95mm and 120mm....definitely the 95mm travel is for carving single track, and the 120mm would be for aggressive riding.

My first bike was a GF CAKE dlx, then the HIFI in white, and then another in red....I have a soft spot for GF. This frame has a top quality build and paint job - alos love the fact it has EBB with the possiblity of a rear+front derailer....I can experment with BB hieght, and chain stay lenght...this is interesting stuff on a 29er.

    NB: 69degrees at 95mm travel, and 68degrees at 120mm.
