QR Seatpost Collar on Superfly 100?

I was told by my shop that you are not supposed to use a QR seatpost collar on the Superfly 100 because the carbon will damage unless torqued to a specific tightness. That level of torque seems like more than I would be able to produce with a QR.

Does anyone else run a QR seatpost collar? Thanks.

I don't see the point in a QR Seatpost clamp. How often do you actually move your seatpost once you get it setup? I trash all of my QR Seatpost clamps. Plus they wear out and the post starts to slip due to the opening and closing of the clamp.

I used to quite frequently on my HiFi. We have some very technical descents around here. I would put a small mark on the seatpost to indicate where the normal height would be, and drop it if there was any hairy stuff.
