My Cobia v2.0
Finally got around to rebuilding my 2010 Cobia after crashing.
I was lucky enough to be able to find some sweet deals on eBay, so including buying the bike brand new and the parts I'm still under the price of a Paragon. (and I personally think I have put together a nicer ride then a stock Paragon ) It weighs in at 26lbs 1oz
Gary Fisher Cobia (Size L)
Fox Float 32 (100mm)
Stans ZTR Flows on 3.30 hubs
SRAM X9 Shifters, Front & rear Derail (2x9 set-up)
Easton Monkeylite bar
Bontrager Race X lite stem
Oury Lock ons
Thompson laid back seatpost
WTB Rocket V seat (til Fizik Gobi arrives)
BBG bashguard
BB7s (185f,160r), Jagwire cables, Speed Dial levers
Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.25 front, Captain Control 2.0 rear
Truativ Stylo 3.3
Before anyone says it, I know I got to take spacer out, as handlebars are too high. Since I cant ride til late Feb, I was more focused on just getting it together. I'll get it dialed in when I can ride it.
(please pardon cell phone pic, didn't feel like getting D-SLR out)

Right on!!. I was wondering if you knew how much the frame alone weighed since you came in at 26 lbs total. I have a 2012 cobia. How come you say " I know I got to take spacer out, as handlebars are too high" Isnt that a preference/comfort thing? Just wondering...............

I think most of the Fisher/Trek 29ers come with flat bars to avoid having the spacers over the stem. It doesn't matter as long as the handlebars stay put and you are having fun riding your bike.

The Easton bar is the hi-rise version, I had a flat bar and when I put this bar on I used the same spacer set up and its a touch to high. (purely a preference)
I apologize I dont know specific weight of frame alone.
