Help with GF Piranha

I'm purchasing my first GF - a 2006 Piranha frame. I am going to attempt my first complete bike build from start to finish. As I put a parts list together, can someone tell me....

1. What size bottom bracket will I need
2. What size headset and threaded?
3. Is there a certain type or size rear derailleur I need (long cage? etc...)
4. Anything else I would need to know?

Again, this is my first build attempt - any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

buy a used bike, flips the parts over to your gary fisher. find the bottom bracket size, buy a bike that same size and your off to the races. you will be in it too deep if you buy all parts individually.
